Extinguishing Your Candle

Use a proper candle snuffer to extinguish your candles as this will prevent the wick from moving, smoking and wax spillage.

Avoid blowing candle flames as the liquid wax may splatter and the wick may continue to emit smoke.

Trim Your Wick

We recommend trimming the wick every 3 hours of burn time. When trimming the wick, ensure you extinguish the flame, let the candle cool down, remove any wick debris and trim the wick before relighting (around 5mm).

Trimming the wick will assist in a more even burn, steady flame and limit mushrooming.

Avoid burning your candles for more than three hours in 1 sitting. Burn your candles in 3-hour duration, cool for 2 hours (trimming the wick) then relighting.

Candle Storage

Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust.
